CANCELLATIONS
I am happy to cancel and refund your order at any time providing it is not a personalised order and has not yet been shipped. Once it has been posted, it will be too late for me to do this. If you decide you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped please refer to the refund section for information on how to return you item for a refund.
Shipping
Items sent within the UK are sent via 1st class post, please allow at least 2 working days for delivery after your item has been dispatched. This is only a guide and may take longer. Royal Mail do not Class post as being missing until 10 working days after the date of posting. If your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or replacement will be given.
Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Standard and take a minimum of 7-10 working days for delivery after dispatch. This is the most cost effective method of posting and does not have tracking. If you wish for your parcel to be tracked please ensure you upgrade to this option.
Royal Mail does not class items posted internationally as undelivered until 20 working days have passed for items sent to Europe and 25 working days to the rest of the world. If your item hasn't arrived after these timescales a full refund or replacement will be given.
All orders will be sent out in padded envelopes.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their PayPal account shows the correct, current address. No refunds will be given for items sent to an old/incorrect address.

Privacy
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.
Your Rights
